Can We Just Make It Illegal to Arrest Blacks? Black State''''s Attorney of 70% Black Baltimore Excuses Away Black Crime, Compares Criminal Justice System to Slavery

PK Note: Get a copy of The City that Bleeds: Race, History, and the Death of Baltimore. It makes the perfect Christmas gift!

In the current paradigm, the only tolerated answer for why so many black people are in jail (and why they are arrested at such a disproportionate than whites) is due to white supremacy, structural inequalities, and racism deeply imbedded in the criminal justice system.
The simple, logical reason being blacks commit the vast amount of crime in America, and are thus imprisoned for their actions is verboten, an unforgivable sin by any who dares utter or write such blasphemy.

As some of the most influential stakeholders in that system, Mosby said prosecutors like her have an obligation to reduce disparities by providing opportunities for young people before they come into contact with the system, alternatives for returning felons who are too often sidelined economically because of their criminal records, and means for seeking redress for those wrongfully accused or convicted.
Mosby cited efforts by her office to do all of the above, including her hosting of youth events, her decision to stop prosecuting marijuana possession in Baltimore, her successful push to vacate convictions that hinged on the word of corrupt police officers and her office’s Conviction Integrity Unit, which reviews past cases thrown into question by new evidence.

So how long until we see a majority black city, with a black mayor and a black police chief, just end the charade and make it illegal to arrest blacks for crimes they commit?

This is the way we’re headed, for black crime to be given a safe zone. They’ve already done so to some degree in many places around the country by not prosecuting things like theft and shoplifting below some financial cutoff line. You know who the perps are in all this. It’s a license to steal. Another thing is low bail amounts since criminals can’t afford high ones so they get out right away to commit more crime. All the cities are having their public spaces trashed and destroyed by blacks panhandling, arguing, screaming, stealing and laying down on the sidewalks. Crime is the new entitlement.

In Terry Pratchett’s Discworld series, people belonging to the Thief’s Guild have the right to steal, under a vague cutoff line, and people belonging to the Assassin’s Guild have the right to murder, if it’s done in the proper ways and by following certain rules.
The West seems to be on a drift to a similar state of affairs. The “Negro Guild” member has to right steal and do drugs, the “Arab Guild” member has the right to grope and molest, and so on. When “Negro Guild” or “Arab Guild” members shoot people or plant bombs, it’s shrugged off and ignored. But if people without the guild rights–for example whitey–shoots someone–it’s a sign that “we need tougher laws against whites”.

So how long until we see a majority black city, with a black mayor and a black police chief, just end the charade and make it illegal to arrest blacks for crimes they commit?
We’re getting there.
Now, since the blacks have already effectively ruined many of America’s cities, I say we go ahead and give the blacks their wish: make our inner cities 100% black, including all police and other agencies, and decriminalize all their behavior.
And since white people, after all, are sooooo evil and are apparently the cause of all of their pathologies, we need to remove the remaining whites from these cities.
But at the same time, we tell them: no more of whitey’s money. You’re on your own.
Within six months there won’t be anything left of these cities: they will resemble Dresden in 1945, with probably an even higher death toll.
…and then whites can go back in and reclaim them and rebuild.
Consider it a one step back, two steps forward kind of thing…

These idiots are a harbinger of the complete breakdown of “public/political” contribution to order.
Recall that “police” is a relatively new innovation, and the concept didn’t really exist prior to the middle of the 19th century. Prior to then, and still the case in vast swaths of rural America, if you aren’t protecting yourself, you’re not protected at all.
The whites in places like Baltimore are very much like Timothy Treadwell, living life in the presence of those who may be indifferent to them but among whom are those whose interest (lack of indifference) is deadly. Such individuals run a grave risk of dying as did Treadwell, screaming in pain and terror.
I wonder if whites smart enough to NOT live in such places, but who are compelled to visit for one reason or another, should wear body cameras like the cops。
The Treadwell-like whites who live in Baltimore’s open-air game preserve deserve little sympathy.

Words from the black-elected, black head of “criminal justice” in Bodymore, Murderland:
“Black people are six times more likely to be arrested and become a part of the criminal justice system [than] whites,” Mosby said at the fall symposium of the University of Baltimore Law Review, which was headlined, “400 Years: Slavery and the Criminal Justice System.”
“You have an overmilitarization of police departments all across the country, racially unjust application of laws against poor black and brown people, [and] collateral consequences of these convictions that have kept black and brown people and communities [as] second-class citizens,” she said.
Those words are dereliction of duty right there. She should be disbarred.
But she is right: keeping these evolutionary dead-ends as second-class citizens is wrong. They should not be considered citizens, period. They should not be voting for anyone, let alone the likes of Marilyn Mosby. Last, we should be shipping both the habitual criminals and the welfare parasites back to their countries and continents of origin. Those who tear at the fabric of civilization have no right to enjoy its fruits, or even live in it.

Those of us who lived in pre-Giuliani NYC know what a city that won’t arrest, prosecute and imprison Negros looks like. This decriminalization has been tried before and the results were massive amounts of crime . Maybe they figure everyone will be staying home high on drugs, playing video games, but I don’t think so. It’s going to get very ugly.

It is clear that an entirely separate system for criminal justice is required for black people in the US. Black cops, black prosecutors, black defense attorneys, black judges, black court clerks, and a specific carve out for prosecutorial discretion in lieu of exclusively black legislators. If black people put this together and embrace it, it cannot be held to be discriminatory. As long as white people pay for it.
Most black people do not embrace the positions of Ms. Mosby (assuming they are aware of those positions) at all. Most black people know that black people are much more dangerous, on average, and likely to be violent than white people. Still, they allow Mosby and her ilk to speak for them. Oh well, they might just get what they asked for, good and hard.

Meh, Boston’s Black lady prosecutor doesn’t charge property crimes up to 1000 dollars anymore. So the flash mobs show up, empty the shelves and the merchants do nothing, except of course, you KNOW they have to close, leaving the region up for racism for not leaving the stores open to steal from. And they wonder why there are food deserts. Fuck em. I live in New England, but never Boston proper, it isn’t reliably White anymore, not even in the North End. Outside Boston however, the police departments are mighty-White as are the populations of the small towns. Just the way I like em.

While it is true far more than liberals generally care to admit, that different cultures produce different kinds of people, the belief that you can make a definitive statement about any individual’s character by his skin color or ethnicity or some other arbitrary marker is wrong, incorrect, false, not true, and is disproved by actual experience again and again. But generally a man or woman stricken with the theory of racism, and its allied delusions of nationalism or religious fundamentalism, is beyond reason. In his or her head burns a sacrificial pyre which awaits only its sacrificial victims. Every attempt at calm consideration fails because what the racist wants is not a conversation but a declaration.
It is fundamental to differentiate interpersonal racism and structural racism. The former is merely a trouble, but the latter is the problem for us all. The PC-diversity racket chatters about “sensitivity” among individuals but merely distracts attention from the fundamental changes that must be made in public policy and essential institutions such as education, the judiciary, real estate, etc. which perpetuate barriers to opportunity based on race.
You prattle endlessly about the mistakes, poor behaviors, and uninformed remarks of some black leaders but you are silent about the target of their anger, structural racism. Even people of good will fumble defining and identifying structural racism, for acknowledging what a huge task it will be to abolish it is daunting and frightens most of us out of taking action.
Racial antipathy is the most emotional and embarrassing scandal of the American civic religion. Its intractability all but voids the self-congratulatory delusion that America is somehow the new Israel with a holy destiny to reform the world in its image. But blaming individual blacks or whites for the poor behavior their culture expects of them is a simplistic reaction that robs both of their humanity. In truth, nothing more than flawed human nature is revealed in our shared racist past and present. No wonder some of us wish it were all a simple morality play with identifiably “bad” actors and “good” actors. But a fatuous yearning for simple solutions to complex problems is not a character trait of a responsible, self-governing people who would long retain their liberty.

Decriminalization of black criminal acts is going on all over the country. As if they are not violent enough, now they have a green light.
